Building Connection Beyond The Therapy Office
Many people benefit from individual therapy, but meaningful change often happens outside of the therapy office as well. Movement, community, shared experiences and time spent outdoors can all play an important role in supporting emotional wellbeing and long-term growth.
Guided Trail Psychotherapy plans to offer a variety of groups and events designed to help people build connection, resilience and practical skills in supportive environments.
Future offerings may include:
Support Groups
Structured groups focused on shared experiences, emotional regulation, stress management and mutual support.
Hiking Groups
Guided group hikes that combine movement, connection and time outdoors.
Rucking Groups
Group rucks focused on challenge, resilience, physical activity and peer support.
Outdoor Events
Camping trips, day excursions and other outdoor experiences designed to promote connection, confidence and personal growth.
Additional groups and events will be announced as they become available.
